Res-Kem's Hurricane industrial power vacuum at work at a co-gen plant.

Combining the experience of a designer and manufacturer of water treatment systems with the field service experience of an industrial water treatment company, Res-Kem is a uniquely qualified provider of complete media re-bedding services for water treatment equipment used in commercial and industrial applications. This service is offered in the mid-Atlantic states and northeastern USA.

Res-Kem has been re-bedding ion exchange equipment - softeners, dealkalizers, demineralizers and filters - carbon, multi-media, of all sizes and configurations on a turnkey basis since 1985.

Res-Kem can supply the filter media, carbon or ion exchange resin as well as the staff and equipment necessary to remove and install. Our trained personnel will complete the job from start to finish, including arranging for disposal of the used media.

Factory Trained Service Crews

Using OSHA certified, factory trained service crews Res-Kem can do a complete inspection of your vessel and vessel internals. All service techs are backed up by knowledgeable and experienced factory engineers should the vessel need repair or replacement. Res-Kem builds their own line of laterals and distributors and is capable of matching other styles using a variety of materials.

Dense Media Removal/Installation

Whether your water treatment vessels contain lighter medias such as ion exchange resins, or more dense varieties such as manganese greensand, Res-Kem has the equipment to safely and economically do the job. In short, we vacuum or educt out your spent media and install carbon, anthracite/sand/gravel, garnet, or other media as specified for your water treatment application.
